How do I return my empty cylinders?
There are 3 easy steps to return your empty cylinders:
1. We'll send you full cylinder(s), include a prepaid courier label and a dangerous goods label with your order. Make sure to keep these labels with the box.
2. Place your empty cylinders in the same box in which you received your new cylinders, fill in the yellow sections on the dangerous goods label and affix the courier return label to the box.
3. Contact Post Haste/ NZ Couriers on phone number provided on the top right of the label to arrange collection.
4. Leave the complete box ready for Post Haste/ NZ Couriers to collect.
5. If you know that you won’t be at home, please leave the package at a safe place , like front door, back door or letter box and let the courier booking people know . so they can collect it.
** Note: Please remember to return an empty cylinder for each refill cylinder you have ordered. The return timeframe will be based on the shipment frequency plus 10 days. If you do not return the empty cylinder(s) within this timeframe, if you do not have any empty cylinders to return, or if the returned cylinder(s) is damaged, we will have to charge you an additional $15 for each unreturned/ damaged cylinder.
When do the empty cylinders need to be returned?

Is there a limit for the cylinders that can be ordered?
You can receive up to 4 cylinders in each order.
Can I make changes to my Subscription? (Cylinder type, the amount of cylinders delivered each time, Shipment Frequency, shipping address, etc.)
Yes, you can make changes to your Subscription by visiting the ”My Account” page.
Note: If a Subscription Order has already been packed for shipment, any changes made will be applied to your next shipment.
What's the difference between exchange versus back-up carbonating cylinders?
Our carbonating cylinders serve as the beating heart of your Sparkling Water Maker, ensuring a constant supply of colorless, odorless, incombustible gas that brings your bubbles to life.
With our hassle-free gas exchange program, simply return any empty cylinder and pay only for the gas to receive a new one. Choose the convenience of home delivery or visit a nearby store for a seamless exchange.
Keep the fizz flowing effortlessly by having a spare cylinder on hand – pay for the cylinder license and gas. Oh Bubbles recommends keeping at least 3 cylinders to guarantee a continuous supply of bubbles and take advantage of reduced shipping charges when exchanging 2 at a time. Never run out of effervescence again!
Will my carbonating cylinder expire?
While the gas in the CO2 cylinder does not expire, our cylinders need to be checked for quality assurance purposes by a certain date, which can be found at the bottom of cylinder. For best use, we recommend storing your cylinder at room temperature.
Can I swap Other branded cylinders with Oh Bubbles
Absolutely! Oh Bubbles gladly accepts 30L or 60L cylinders from any competitor. If you have cylinders ready for return, simply purchase an equivalent number of refill cylinders from us. We're committed to providing a seamless and flexible exchange process, ensuring you enjoy the effervescent experience without any hassle.

What’s the difference between Refill and Spare bottle ?
A refill is a convenient service where you send us your empty gas bottles, and we charge you solely for the gas.
In contrast, a spare bottle functions like a new one, where you pay for both the gas and the cost of the bottle. Having spare bottles is advantageous, ensuring you never run out of gas while awaiting the refill of other bottles.
We recommend maintaining a fleet of three bottles in rotation—send back two bottles for refill while using the third one. This way, you'll always have a continuous supply of bubbles without any interruptions.
Yearly plan -do I have to use it with in a year
In theory, with our annual plan, you have a generous 18-month timeframe to enjoy your subscription, receiving three bottles at a time, four times in total. However, it's essential to note that to secure your last batch of bottles, it's advisable to place your order on or before the 15th month from your initial delivery date. This ensures a seamless and uninterrupted supply, allowing you to relish the effervescence of your favourite bubbles consistently
$10 deposit on Gas Refill Bottles
For every CO2 exchange purchased we will add a $10 refundable deposit to the cost. This will be refunded to you via a Gift card, which can be reused to buy the next lot of refills or any other products from our website, once we receive an empty cylinder back from you.
Why do you charge a deposit for gas refills
Previously, we did not impose a deposit for gas refills. However, starting November 2023, we introduced a deposit to encourage the return of empty gas bottles.
The substantial cost associated with these bottles, coupled with the impact on our distribution and refill supply, prompted this change. Regrettably, by November 2023, we noted over 22,876 bottles not returned in good faith. This deposit system not only addresses financial constraints but also ensures a robust fleet of bottles, enhancing our ability to provide you with quick and efficient service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in sustaining a seamless experience with us.
