How does the swap actually work?+
Order online, full cylinders arrive at your door, and your empties go back free in the same box with the prepaid label inside. Leave it for the courier.
How much does a swap cost?+
A one-off swap is $29 per cylinder plus a $10 refundable cylinder deposit, with a 2-cylinder minimum. You pay when you order. Annual plan pricing is being finalised.
What is the 450g difference?+
The industry fills to 400 to 425g. We fill to 450g, about 10% more CO2 at the same price, so you get more sparkling per cylinder and fewer swaps across the year.
What if I'm not home for the courier?+
Leave the box with your empties in a safe spot. The courier delivers and collects from your doorstep.
Is there a deposit on the cylinder?+
Yes, a $10 refundable cylinder deposit on a one-off swap. It comes back when your empties return.
Can I pause or cancel a plan?+
Yes. Plans pause, skip or cancel anytime. Annual plan pricing is being finalised.
