Oh Bubbles Return Policy

At Oh Bubbles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns
  1. Time Frame: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Used or opened consumables (e.g., flavor syrups, ingredients)
  • Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable

Return Process
  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at contact@ohbubbles.com or to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RA number inside the package. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost that we incurred to send the goods to you will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@ohbubbles.com.

Refunds
  1. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  2. Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost that we incurred to send the goods to you will be deducted from your refund amount.
