Oh Bubbles Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage
  1. Duration: Our warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  2. Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It includes:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Defective parts
    • Issues affecting product functionality

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations
  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel
  • Consumables such as flavor syrups, ingredients, or other perishable items

Claim Process
  1. Initiate a Claim: To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team at contact@ohbubbles.com. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or evidence to assess the issue.
  3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, either:
    • Repair the defective product
    • Replace the product with a new or refurbished item
    • Provide a full or partial refund
    • Provide Spare parts

Shipping Costs
  1. Covered: If the warranty claim is approved, Oh Bubbles will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective item and sending the repaired or replacement product back to you.
  2. Free Shipping Orders: If your original order included free shipping, the cost of shipping incurred by Oh Bubbles to send the goods to you will be deducted from any refund provided.
