Silicone seal

Feel totally ripped off only received one pack paid for 3 $33 including shipping at $13 for 3 seals total they were on special for approximately $6 for a 2 pack so this is why we ordered 3 packs of 2 seals as the seals were more than the shipping. Contacted the store and they didn’t bother to reply or contact us,but want a review to the order. We will not use them again

Poor after service

Had a faulty seal, first spoke to the after service team only option I had was to purchase a new one through them. Then was at a local Home show approach the staff there they didn’t carry spears and directed me to the website then finally purchased the seal from the website to incur a $10 freight charge on a $2.50 seal.
