Great service and very fast delivery, I only wish moving forward that we could swap one bottle at a time but it seems they require a 2 bottle minimum.
It was so simple and super efficient, love my new pink bottles.
Great deal. Very happy with the machine, it’s aesthetically pleasing on the countertop, and the syrups are delicious.
Beautiful subtle Summer Sweetness! This is now one of my standard must have flavors. HIGHLY recommended!
Great service and love being able to support a kiwi company
I’ve been with Oh Bubbles for a while now. The plan is fantastic, I always have my sparkling water on hand. And when oil prices went up, they phoned me to offer a better plan for me. Great personal service and products
Great delivery.
Had to ring NZ Couriers twice to pick up empties - not good or the first time.
I don't really understand the need for it, what is the benefit in it for me?
I love the starter kit, easy to use and looks nice. This machine made the exact fizziness of fizzy water I was hoping to get. I'm completely satisfied with the product.
However, the packaging needs attention. There is bubble wrap in the SPRKL product box and also on the soda syrups (not recyclable/non-sustainable).
The box as delivered contained newspaper and magazine pages to fill in extra space around the SPRKL box and a syrup. Although the newspaper and magazine pages are recyclable, the choice of those materials did "cheapen" the unboxing experience. The branded ink pen was a nice touch.
The starter kit comes with two cylinders; I received one. Customer service was quick to respond and resolve the issue of the missing canister. Within a couple hours of my email, they had the second cylinder on the way with a tracking number.
The order fulfillment process and packaging material choices are creating waste (bad footprint, especially for NZ). If the packaging were sustainable and the order correct one the first go, I would have rated as 5 stars.
Didn’t stop the gas escaping when trying to gas the bottle. So not happy.
Perfect absolutely perfect am loving my fizzy water..thank you so much..
Kind regards

Love the pink rose, on its own or with your favourite gin
It does exactly what it should. With free returns without a subscription and quick turnaround on shipping it beats the completion.
This did not taste very strongly of rose, so it was a bit disappointing. Monin is better.
The online purchase was easy and the cylinders arrived quickly.
I love my oh bubbles, but don’t leave the fizz bottle anywhere near your kettle. They do melt. Luckily mine still works, but buying a new one just because I can. 😀
We’ve enjoyed being able to have sparkling water for most of the year, after purchasing Oh Bubbles.
A few weeks ago I decided to try the Mojito syrup.
We love it!
I think we were expecting something that might be sickly-sweet, but were pleasantly surprised by its delicious flavour.
Don’t know why it took us so long to try a syrup, but it’s broken the ice… and I’ve since ordered four more flavours!
Delicious and as close to the real deal as you can get from a syrup.
