A drinks menu for your bench.

Sparkling water, one Italian syrup, and whatever the fridge offers. The whole menu runs on three moves, so the only real choice is which mood you are in tonight.

Three made pours on a dark bench: a pomegranate cooler, a lemon and mint soda, and an elderflower cucumber tonic
N° 01The method

Three moves.
Every pour.

Learn it once and the rest is just garnish. Each recipe below is a variation on these three.

01

Pour the syrup

A measure over a glass of ice. Concentrated, so a little goes a long way.

02

Press for bubbles

Top with your own fresh sparkling water, straight from the machine.

03

Finish and serve

Herbs, citrus, a few seeds, an optional measure of spirit. Yours now.
