Free Shipping on all products (excluding gas refills)

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $100 are a flat rate of $12.00 per order.

Free return of empty gas bottles

We offer free courier return of all our gas bottles within our delivery areas. For rural and non-mainland locations where freight surcharges apply, a charge of $25 per package may apply.

Shipping times

As soon as you place your order, we get onto it. Your order is delivered by a tracked courier service and should typically arrive within 2–8 working days, depending on your region and the time of year.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will either leave the package at the delivery address or leave a card with instructions on how to collect your order. You can also leave specific delivery instructions when placing your order.

Rural & non-mainland deliveries

We deliver to most mainland New Zealand addresses. Some rural and non-mainland locations may incur a freight surcharge; where surcharges are excessive, an order may not be accepted at checkout and will be refunded.

Please note delivery times will be longer during public holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.), and we don't currently deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or addresses outside mainland New Zealand.
