Empty Cylinder - Return Instructions
- Please do not discard the cardboard box in which the gas bottles arrived, as they will be used to return the empty gas bottles back to us.
- Please place your empty gas bottles back in the cardboard box.
- Please book a free return courier by filling out the form below.
- Once the courier booking is placed , You will receive a return courier label via email, which needs to be printed and attached to the box. If you don't have a printer, you can just write the courier label number on the cardboard box.
- Now please place the courier package at a safe place, the courier driver will pick it up. If you’re not available at home or work when the courier driver arrives, please leave it at the front door or any other safe area and let us know while making the courier booking .
- By returning the empty gas bottle , you will not automatically get a new gas refill, you will need to place a new refill order online at www.ohbubbles.co.nz .
