Our 'Subscribe to Save' program is designed to ensure you never run out of bubbles and allows you to order CO2 exchange on an automatic recurring basis.

When signing up for the CO2 subscription service at Oh Bubbles, you will pay the price of the CO2 plus shipping (if applicable). You will receive a prepaid return label together with your order to return the empties.

You can order between 1-4 cylinders and have them automatically shipped to you every 1 to 3 months.

Not a problem! If it is only one time, you can call customer care and ask us to delay your missing cylinders charges for a few weeks, or use the 'Reschedule Next Shipment' feature to choose a different date for your next order, giving you more flexibility to get your shipment when it fits your schedule best. You can use 'Reschedule Next Shipment' anytime, even if you've skipped a shipment before.

We can help you with that one! You can use any other box as long as your used gas cylinders are packed securely.

Remember to attach your return label to the box. In case you lose your return label, you may request a new one through “My Account”.

Our 68L cylinders will on average make up to 68 litres of sparkling water, but there is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question. That's what makes Oh Bubble’s so unique! How frequently you need to replace your carbonating cylinder depends on the level of carbonation you use.

If you find yourself replacing CO2 more than you'd like to, try reducing the number of times you push the carbonating button per use, and use firm 1-2 second pushes each time.

Oh Bubbles recommends having at least 3 cylinders on hand, so you’ll always have bubbles and so you can exchange 2 at a time, taking advantage of the reduced shipping charge.

We recommend keeping a back-up carbonating cylinder handy so that when one CO2 cylinder runs out, you simply swap the empty cylinder for a full one. That way, you'll keep enjoying fresh, fizzy drinks without interruption.
