Great flavour

Love the flavour of pomegranate. Can be drunk with still and sparkling water. Hate the blue pouring caps. Hard to open, don't filter well and leak. The original clear white caps far superior. I have been told they will bring back the clear white caps but that has never happened.

My favourite Syrup

Devine flavour, lasts for ages. I just have it with tap water and you don't need much. Good size bottle. They used to have excellent white caps. They filtered well, didn't drip and easy to open. The current blue caps are terrible. They're very difficult to open, they drip and they don't have a filter. I've written to the company about changing their caps, and not once have they had the courtesy to reply to any of my 3 emails

The Pomegranate Cooler

A deep red, alcohol-free cooler with lime and a few pomegranate seeds for crunch. The mocktail the kids ask for twice.

Pour

  • 30ml Pomegranate syrup
  • 170ml chilled sparkling water
  • Lime wheel, pomegranate seeds, ice

Build

  1. Fill a tumbler with ice and a scatter of seeds.
  2. Add the syrup, top with sparkling water.
  3. Stir gently to lift the colour.
  4. Float a lime wheel on top.
