N° 02What's the same
Same bubbles, smaller price.
Everything that makes the refill worth it is in the deal box too: the 450g fill, the certified gas, the free courier loop. The only thing we cut was the number.
- The fill
- Every cylinder goes out at 450g, weighed when we fill it. Nobody prints that number on a shelf label, which is why it's hard to compare.
- The gas
- Certified food-grade CO₂. Same in this box as in any other cylinder we send out.
- Where it's filled
- Our own plant here in New Zealand. That goes for the cylinder in the box and every refill after it.
- The empties
- We collect them free. There's a prepaid label in the box already, so you don't have to print anything or drive anywhere.
- The next refill
- Refills cost the same either way. Buying the machine on sale doesn't put you on a different price later.

What you'll pay after this
You buy the machine once. The gas keeps going, so that's the number to know before you order rather than after. This isn't an intro rate that climbs later, and you don't need to be on a plan to get it.
A refill, once the first one's empty

Plus a $10 deposit on the cylinder, which you get back when the empty returns. Postage is covered both ways.

You're not locked in
Both machines take a standard 60L cylinder, so you're never stuck on one brand's cartridge. We fill ours here in New Zealand to 450g, courier them to your door and collect the empty free.
Before you order
Do I have to sign up to anything?
No. It's a one-off purchase and you order refills when you run out. We do have plans that work out cheaper per cylinder, but nothing here puts you on one.
What's the cylinder deposit?
You're borrowing the cylinder rather than buying it, so there's a deposit on your first one. You get it back when the empty comes home. After that a swap is just the refill price.
Which cylinder fitting do these take?
The ALLFIZZ screws in, the SPRKL clicks in. Both are standard fittings and we stock refills for both, so neither one ties you to a cylinder you can only get here.
I already have a soda maker. Can I still use this?
Then you don't need the kit, but you can still get the gas. Our cylinders fit most SodaStream, Aarke, Philips and Breville machines, so a refill is $29 plus a refundable deposit and the courier goes both ways. Start a swap and we'll match the fitting before it ships.
How long is this on for?
Until we run out of the stock we've set aside. We haven't put a countdown on the page because we genuinely don't know the date, and making one up seemed like a bad start.
