The house lemonade. Bright, not too sweet, fresh mint and a squeeze of lemon over a tall glass of ice.

Pour

  • 35ml Sorrento Lemon syrup
  • 180ml chilled sparkling water
  • Fresh mint, lemon wedge, ice

Build

  1. Press a few mint leaves in a tall glass.
  2. Add ice and the syrup.
  3. Top with sparkling water, stir gently.
  4. Squeeze in the lemon wedge.
