Floral and dry. A clean, low-sugar pour with a ribbon of cucumber, or a gin and tonic with real character.

Pour

  • 25ml Elderflower syrup
  • 150ml chilled sparkling water
  • Cucumber ribbon, ice
  • Optional: 45ml gin

Build

  1. Drop a cucumber ribbon and ice in a short glass.
  2. Add the syrup and gin if using.
  3. Top with sparkling water.
  4. Stir once, serve cold.
