Bittersweet citrus over ice, long on bubbles. Serve it as it is, or add a splash of prosecco for the aperitivo version.

Pour

  • 30ml Blood Orange syrup
  • 150ml chilled sparkling water
  • Orange slice, ice
  • Optional: 60ml prosecco

Build

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour the syrup, then top with sparkling water.
  3. Add prosecco now if you like, stir once.
  4. Finish with an orange slice.
