Love the product, packaging needs improvement

I love the starter kit, easy to use and looks nice. This machine made the exact fizziness of fizzy water I was hoping to get. I'm completely satisfied with the product.

However, the packaging needs attention. There is bubble wrap in the SPRKL product box and also on the soda syrups (not recyclable/non-sustainable).

The box as delivered contained newspaper and magazine pages to fill in extra space around the SPRKL box and a syrup. Although the newspaper and magazine pages are recyclable, the choice of those materials did "cheapen" the unboxing experience. The branded ink pen was a nice touch.

The starter kit comes with two cylinders; I received one. Customer service was quick to respond and resolve the issue of the missing canister. Within a couple hours of my email, they had the second cylinder on the way with a tracking number.

The order fulfillment process and packaging material choices are creating waste (bad footprint, especially for NZ). If the packaging were sustainable and the order correct one the first go, I would have rated as 5 stars.
