Sorrento Gimlet

The Gimlet is essentially a Daiquiri made with gin instead of rum. Bright and sour up front, with a backdrop of bold botanical flavors, it’s wonderful in warm weather.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Gin
  • 20 ml Oh Bubbles Sorrento Soda Syrup
  • 50 ml Oh Bubbles Sparkling Water

Method

Place all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled coupe.

Traditionally, the Gimlet has no garnish, but a lime wheel or twist can be added as desired.
